Having issues canceling monthly membership. Went in person, was told “manager isn’t here. We will give you a call.” This never happened, which I knew would not happen, as my information was written on a random piece of paper. Called, no answer. I was also told that I needed to cancel 7 days in advance which wasn’t originally communion to me. It shouldn’t be this shady when one is a faithful weekly customer.

The wash my car got was a disappointment! The folks working the site are polite. The wash, on the other hand, was not what I expected. After the treatment, the hood, mirrors, and back of the car remained uncleaned. I am taking my business somewhere else.
