I visited on 5/2 fir a basic wash. After the wash I was drying my car and noticed that a piece of the blue washer cloth strip was stuck in my headlight. I called for help and a younger guy came out and looked at it and said he couldn't help that his coworker was on break and we'll be back in 15 to 20 minutes and he has the tools. So I come back and the guy comes out what a pair of basic scissors and is going to try to cut it off!!! If you cut it off that is not getting the stuck part out from my headlight. Having issues canceling monthly membership. Went in person, was told “manager isn’t here. We will give you a call.” This never happened, which I knew would not happen, as my information was written on a random piece of paper. Called, no answer. I was also told that I needed to cancel 7 days in advance which wasn’t originally communion to me. It shouldn’t be this shady when one is a faithful weekly customer.
