A vendor comes out on behalf of our home warranty to inspect the furnace. He states there is nothing he can do and I need to live with it. (I am getting heat, the issue was a part making a noise because it was failing). I question him and he responds that he will put the claim into the warranty company to have the part replaced. He leaves the house and informs the warranty company that no repair is needed. just robbed me of my deductable.
Diagnosed the problem took care of our furnace A/C issue extremely well. Would highly recommend.
