I recently had an unfortunate experience with Samin, the brow tech, that I feel compelled to share. Not only did I find her services to be overpriced, but I also encountered a level of unprofessionalism that was deeply concerning. I can’t speak to the quality of Samin’s services because I never ended up receiving them—but I can confidently say the experience was incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. I originally booked a lash lift and tint appointment for March 13th, 2025 but had to reschedule to March 23rd, 2025. Two days before the rescheduled appointment, she had to cancel on me due to a family emergency (which I completely understood) and even offered a discount for the inconvenience. I showed up 10 minutes early but ended up waiting an extra 30 mins because she was still finishing up with her last client. When we finally got started, everything felt super rushed. After she finishe, I noticed my lashes were all glued together, and when I brought it up to her, she just brushed it off, saying that’s how they’re supposed to be and that they “look good” to her. Then she hurried me out because she was already late for the next appointment. Super disappointing. definitely not coming back.
