They offer tons of insurance products that will beat the Prudentials ans State farm rates...yes you will have to file your own claims and maybe send in your own pics. Samford Stover Agency I cannot say that I personally recommend Sanford Stover Agency to provide for your insurance needs. We have had consistent problems trying to get an adequate value placed on one of our vehicles. We were treated what we feel was in a rude manner when we requested the insurance company to take photos for valuation. We also provided supporting documentation but were still requested to get an appraisal (at our expense) for our vehicle without an adequate explanation.
