Early days for me, but in one visit I felt heard, and came away with some positive tools to start to help me. The admin team are fantastic. It's not an easy job scheduling appointments. Their communication is excellent as is Claudia.
I came here for Claudia who is absolutely wonderful. But the practice itself is a painful and anxious process. They often do not respond to phone calls even when you leave messages. They used to have a really good receptionist now its constantly people who have no idea what they are doing. My partner has always made my appointments and it has never been an issue as he has been given permission. Yet here we are being treated rudely as i am far too anxious to call. So you get charged if you cancel within 24 hrs (fair enough). But they can cancel 3 hrs before? A bit rude…
I really like the people here, they're all very respectful, patient and kind.
