Didn't want to post this but a word of warning. Recently had a tyre puncture fixed plus a rotation and alignment. The puncture repair popped on the drive home and I found the wheel nuts on 2 of the wheels were very loose. Way too loose. Thankfully I wasn't on the highway.
I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. My alternator and driver belt failed and I had to be towed to them by RACQ and as they knew I lived a long way away where there is no public transport they fixed it within hours to make sure I could get home. Thank you to the whole team 🙏
Took my car in for a problem that wasn’t immediately apparent, the issue was identified quickly and the issue resolved, great service with friendly staff, Ebony the manager couldn’t have been more helpful.
I wasn't going to write this. But be warned if you love your car. I took my pride and joy here last year for a simple roadworthy certificate. While I was waiting I decided to get some food from around the corner. When I came back I heard my car being thrashed and watched the young apprentice and other worker grinding gears and trying to spin the tyre's. My transmission didn't last a month after that. It cost me a lot to fix. I had no apologies apart from the young girl behind the desk.
