I was really disappointed with the customer service and attitude of their receptionist. I read mixed reviews on the garage and decided to support local business and give them a go. I was quoted $370 - $420 maximum for a 120k service over the phone so booked my daughters car in for a service. Upon delivery my daughter received a text message quoting $1360 for additional works and only an acceptance option on the text message. A fantastic experience with Samford Garage. They went above and beyond to accommodate my last minute request, fix my vehicle, and give me use of a courtesy car - all within a couple of hours! Ebony at the front desk was amazing. Thank you all!
I have had great experiences with Samford Garage, from troubleshooting issues to regular services. They are not the cheapest, yet they are thorough and honest, which to me is more important. They also helped a friend of mine who had been taken advantage of by a car dealer, so she could get to the bottom of what was going on. Knowing, from a few experiences, that they are honest and ethical gives them a high recommendation
Samford Garage are always reliable and friendly. They are fair with their prices and take good care of thier customers.
Service was great, car runs nicely, however $500 for an oil change is extortionate. Don't get ripped off
