An absolute nightmare to cancel, it took me 3 months to cancel this membership. We went in person, we called, we left voicemails, we emailed. 3 months later finally cancelling it. No one should have to make this many calls, emails, or phone calls to cancel a service.

Worst customer service for a gym. I have made numerous calls during listed business hours to pay my bill. They use callback system and they haven’t called me back as promised. The office is rarely staffed. So incredibly frustrating. Absolutely ridiculous for a hospital endorsed gym.

if EVIL exists its here!! my life is terrible and cruel enough after suffering an injury at the hands of someone else who INJURED Me and broke my neck and i am unable to stand as a result. these rude catty woman made fun of me because i had to sit on the floor told me i could not and i was offending the people in the room for sitting on the floor. they harassed me and made fun of me which is THE REASON I AM IN PHYSICAL THERAPY!!
