Terrible facility with staff who no nothing about fitness and management sucks!! Refuse to cancel membership when requested and continue to charge your bank account. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Incompetent staff that know nothing about fitness or how to do their jobs. Will not cancel your memberahip when requested and charge you for not going. Disgusting staff
Used to be good, apparently they have given up on their customers. I was a member a while back but stopped going because I put in a home gym. I don't have the home gym anymore so figured I would start going back here, and I might if they made it even possible! The hours for the office are posted online, but they are not actually open those hours, I don't know what the actual hours are because they are not listed online or on the door. I've gone there twice and the door was locked for non-members, no signage or anything sayin... read more
