This doctors receptionist Bianca is absolutely awful and she should be fired immediately. I witnessed her yelling at an 80-year-old woman. The woman was simply expressing her frustration about the fact that she had to come in to change an appointment because nobody was answering the phone or responding to messages for days. I've had the most horrific 2 experiences with Doctor samashema. I left my appointment abruptly today hysterically sobbing after his absolute lack of compassion, yelling, and general discounting of every single thing I said after I've been in unbearable discomfort and pain for over 10 months. This dr has no compassion for his patients. Very rude and very abrupt. Would never recommend this dr to anyone! My MIL is curently in the hospital diagnosed with cancer and he was blaming her for her issues! If there was a negative rating I would rate him that! An update...as of today (October 31, 2025) just over a year that my MIL saw Sameshima (I refuse to give him the title of "Dr"), she is next door of his office in Hospice wait to pass away. I have been a patient for decades and Dr Sameshima has always been a consummate professional and very thorough in all his exams and procedures. I consider myself very fortunate to have him as my gastroenterologist.
