disapointed and angry they lied to me at this Sames mcallen location, they said it was a soft inquiry from Sames, turns out its hard on credit, on report for 2 years. The lender hard inquiry is fine. My excellent credit was affected.

Went for an oil change had a problem when I use my points I had a e- mail saying I had more than 25 dollars ,and I only got 24 .call to find out what my points were in money was put on hold for 10 minutes never got an answer .so hung up
