Can’t get anyone to answer phones to schedule service for a recall
Great customer service. Love that Sames has the option to send a tech to my location to fix any issues with my Bronco. Easy, simple and fast.
Seems like these people are deaf to the phone ringing, I have called dozens of times the all the numbers they have listed on google and the website and when the receptionist finally answers, she transfers to a line that never answers. I have left voicemails and a week later still yet to hear anything back from any of the voicemails.
