My mother was referred to Dr. Shamerah Razuman, MD by her new primary care physician here. When I called to schedule the appointment, I explained that my mother recently moved from another state and that her medical records are still in the process of being transferred. I was referred to this office by my PCP as a new patient to their office. I have called and left a message, with no return call to me. It has been 2 weeks since I first called. I am a transplant patient (9 years) and seeking a nephrologist in my area, because my current doc is 133 miles away. Now, it looks like I will have to seek another specialist, again.
