We had some unfortunate events happen in the family. Last thing you want to deal with is insurance issues when you're going through a tough time. Laci Wunderly and Samera have been so understanding and nice. They go above and beyond to help resolve issues and treat me like a valued customer instead of a drain to their bottom line like a lot of insurance companies do when you actually need to use them. Thank you Laci and Samera.
