Worst Insurance Company . Have Called Numerous Times With Questions & The Customer Service Is Always Rude And Unhelpful. Would Not Recommend
Routine care advertised as covered 100% are not. Read the fine print before having routine procedures done to avoid surprise bills. Edit- I appealed this charge and they paid it. Changed review from a 1 to 5.
