Ive been dealing with arthritis in my r knee for years, about 5, and been trying otc pain meds and exercise, even cortisone. my primary recommended surgery but Dr Tawakkol says too soon. Then I told him Ive lost 50 lbs in 5 months through diet and exercise, which is healthy. his response is to see my primary and get injections to help with weight loss. dont like that at all Edit: made a second visit last week and a very improved experience so added a star. Wasted 6 weeks of my time then referred me to another Dr 3 hours away. Did nothing to address my issue except collect a check.
Dr Tawakkol and his staff are very personable, professional, and efficient. I have been quite pleased with the level of care I have received.
Dr. Tawakkol did my knee surgery and did a excellent job.
Very good exam and consultation.. looking forward to a new knee.
