Terrible. Had my initial consultation where I was sent for my sleep study. Competed sleep study a month ago and have yet to hear back from anyone. Ive called 4 times, leaving a message 3 times and speaking with a receptionist who supposedly left a message with the doctor. Just so unprofessional
I had a consult on 11/30/2023 with Dr. El Zarif at Garnet Health Outpatient. From the moment you walk in, the staff at the reception area was very friendly and welcoming. His nurse was professional, courteous and empathetic. I waited about 30 minutes before the doctor came into the room. He was attentive, kind and thorough and for the first time I felt “heard” as it relates to my insomnia and sleep apnea. I definitely was impressed with the great services.
