The customer service is HORRIBLE. They don’t even answer the phones you have to leave a voicemail. And then they don’t call you back. I tried over and over for two days to get through and finally when I did Dr. Bibawi’s appointment maker Daijah was rude and unhelpful. UNBELIEVABLE.
This was the first time that my mom went there. The lady called my mom to come to the room. She asked me if my mom needs a translator. I said yes. I will be her translator. Then, she asked me: “ARE YOU SURE?” What is that attitude? The doctor said that my mom would have a blood test at the Labcorp across building.
