I have been getting Botox to help with migraines for the last 2 years. When I went to see Dr. Naseeruddin I shared this information with him. When I told him the number of units I have been receiving he said that was too low and told me he wanted to double the units he would be injecting. He then continued to lecture me on how he was the doctor and that he knew what was best for my body and the number of units that should be injected. Needless to say I left his office immediately. I have heard many painful varicose vein treatment stories from friends over time, so I was not enthusiastic about taking care of my vein issues even after I injured myself with a razor.
