Dr. Jamal saw my mother and she said he had such wonderful bedside manner and took the time and answered all of our questions...he even called me on the phone to answer my questions! Wonderful, more doctors should be like him.
Dr. Jamal is one of the kindest physicians I have ever been in contact with through work as a nurse and as a patient. My mom went to him for an ICD and he is smart, patient, kind, and caring in every way. His nurse is also wonderful and strikes me as a confident expert in her field and also so kind. Dr. Jamal has taken excellent care of my mother for many years through multiple health issues. He is always kind and compassionate (and of course, technically excellent!). I am, quite frankly, amazed at how much time he spends with her, answering all of her questions and concerns. His staff, especially nurses Roxann and Antonella, are incredibly helpful with the entire process, as well as always treating my mom with kindness and respect.
