Dr. Arora deserves beyond 5 stars for three of my encounters with him. First of all, he listens to the patient, which should be the core of all good medical practicing. He addressed exactly what I needed to be seen for. He was kind, funny, and helpful. On the second encounter, he answered my email quickly and also answered all of my questions. My third encounter with him felt like he saved me literally in my hour of need. He is the best. If he went into private practice/concierge/direct primary care I would follow him.
I think Dr Arora is great. He takes time and always answers my questions. He doesn't beat around the bush, he's straightforward and tells it like it is. I've recommended him to many of my friends.
