I went here this noontime. but there is no one there although it says open daily. For I was unable to book online using my health insurance but have to pay at my own expense. Very disappointed. Customer service told me I had to pay self then to claim via a supper bill to get my refund. So that means I have to involve into a billing dispute . No sense!
Super quick and efficient process. Maddie is kind and knowledgeable, helped me set up a flu and strep combo appointment! She even informed me of what other Sameday Health clinics offer. Would recommend.
Quick service & lovely staff! Sameday is always reliable and efficient which is why I continue to keep coming back.
Service itself was fine, but i went in Jan 2022 and was made to believe that the insurance would cover a simple rapid PCR test. Not only did it take more than the promised 72 hrs to receive my results, but i got a $100 bill in the mail ($500 before insurance kicked in, which is obviously a profit-baiting inflated price) out of nowhere later on. Remember, always look for FREE places to get testing, not just places that only want to look out for their margins and profit from people's worries during a pandemic
The best place to get a COVID test in the area, hands down! My results are always super quick and I’m always in and out when I go. The employees are always so lovely and really do go the extra mile for customer service. This location recently launched flu and strep testing, which has been great especially in the winter months as it’s so much quicker than getting into my PCP or waiting at an urgent care.
