My call was answered abruptly, I was interrupted to "answer some questions". Once I answered questions, I was abruptly told "I can't help you you need to call this number", I wrote it down and asked who I was calling but he had already hung up. The number I was given was miele, who we'd already contacted with a 3 week wait time. I found it unfortunate as this company has gone above and beyond with a miele appliance for us before. Disheartening experience.

Beware I rang for a quote for a tv antenna I was told by the admin girl that she could not do that I proceeded to ask if there was a price range which again she said she could not tell me that but she offered for a guy to come and see me and it will be $49.00 off the price . He came he was there for 15 minutes to tell me that I need a standard antenna and it will cost me $992.00 I said sorry to waste your time but I'm not interested then he proceeded to tell me that it was a $49.00 fee. Incorrect diagnosis given by Sameday , had another technician come out and fixed it

They arrived to repair my Fisher and Paykel washing machine. Diagnosed very quickly it needed new suspension rods and charged me $220. They would return in a few days to fit the parts which would be a further $275. If I got Fisher and Paykel out instead they would carry the parts with them and a total charge of $298. Always get the original manufacturer to do repairs. Anne

Mick is the best. He always finds creative solutions to my problems, and has never left me with a project not finished well. A real gem and life saver.
