Fixed the issue quickly and efficiently.
Repair gentleman was extremely informative. He was very helpful and went to work immediately and did not waste time and was very professional. SameDay is always perfect to work with. Pate will order what is needed today and will let me know when he can return for the fix.
Very still happy with service. Washer needed an adjustment after Chris was here and he came back the next day (on his day off) to correct. Only thing negative is that "Same Day" didn't apply, it took three days for Chris to actually come to evaluate problem after I called office.
Washer reported broken 1/8/26. Part wasn’t acquired until 2 weeks later, but wait they have the wrong part and nobody checked before dispatch. Correct part not ordered and installed until 2/18/26. For an appliance we pay for. And now the dryer is broken.
Service was on time and quickly resolved the problem. Would recommend their services.
