My dad lives in an Assisted Living Facility and required extra care. I had hoped to hire SameAddress to provide 24 hour supervision. I was told that after the care was complete, I was to owe them $8,400 dollars to cover for 2 additional weeks. Oh, and surprisingly they expected me to pay a deposit of $8400 before the start of care. I asked them if this was standard practice and they said yes. by far the worst home care agency i’ve ever worked with. Communication does not exist, they do not make payments on time, and everyone is the office is seemingly incompetent. I have a hard time understanding how this business is still standing.

Same address supported my 86 year old mom for the last year. The caregivers were attentive and the supporting case worker nursing staff were very helpful. My mom was insistent initially that no assistance was needed, but came to really love her caregiver. We would not have been able to support my mom in her condo without the nurturing support coming from Same Address.
