They have lied to me 3 times already, taken payment for an incomplete job, and it has been over 2 weeks and this is STILL not resolved.
Have the same issue as another person who used their services. Did not disclose that damages that were done during their service would not be covered by them. They called and set up an inspection knowing that it was going to fail. When we called back with the results they said there was nothing they could do to help us get a passing inspection. bad customer service, would not respond back to phone calls and messages.
Water leaks in from roof where water heaters are connected. Asked them to fix the issue and was told that they are not responsible for that. Would not recommend any company that isn't willing to fix a basic issue like that.
I would use them again. Initially we had issues with the job, but they stepped up and fixed it really good. Would have been a five if job was done right first round, this is a strong four.
