They forgot 2 of the tshirts in my order and left me scrambling last minute having to spend an extra $75 to find someone local to print shirts for me. The company seems a little unorganized. I gave 2 stars for employee Kristina that was working hard to rectify the situation even willing to drive the shirts half way to me but didn’t have one in the correct color. They printed shirts for us, UPS lost the shirts in transit, Same Day T's said they are not responsible for shipping and that the customer is. This is the first I have ever in 40 years of business heard this. Shipping is always the responsibility of the person doing the shipping, they should have refunded our money and put a claim in to UPS. This was an expensive order that we took a loss on due to no fault of our own. Anyone have suggestions for a better T shirt company?
They printed our order, UPS lost the order on the way back to us. Same Day would not make good for it saying that they do not insure their shipping. Shipping is always the responsibility of the party doing the shipping! Unless you order from them then it’s the customer’s fault
I always order uniforms for my company from this place and they accidentally sent me the wrong color shirts. I called and they right away sent me new order next day. Sometimes mistakes happen, they made it right. Thank you.
