Fantastic experience here. Wonderful staff all of whom are welcoming and friendly. Everything was explained to me during every step of the process. Woke up after with a nurse ready and waiting. The facility is clean and small which is a great thing. Sometimes large hospitals can feel overwhelming and this place is just right. Happy to recommend.
Communication is key for any business. I can't get anyone from this place to answer any billing or return calls. They want you to pay upfront and not give a breakdown of what you're paying in writing. UPDATE: I received a call back from Matt. He was a pleasure to speak to. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions.

Came in for a cyst removal and I had such a pleasant experience here. The staff were all so friendly and warm. My nurse was the sweetest and so informative. I felt more than prepared and comfortable.
Hands down the best experience I’ve had in a hospital setting. Unfortunately over the past 5 years I have had close to a dozen procedures both in a hospital setting (open heart at ORMC) to small procedures (colonoscopy) at numerous surgical centers in Central Florida. This was the best experience ever. For the first time ever when I came home I was able to go about my business versus sleeping all day or throwing up from the medication used.
