The front desk lady in the corner was friendly and great. However, I am very disappointed with the short, petite nurse (S Roa) Alicia (I think that was her name) who checked me in. She came across as very cold and had attitude the entire time. She didn't even care to tie my surgical dress (thanks to Brenda who helped me out) and kept telling me her time is done and she wanted to just clock out. Everyone one was so helpful and kind. The nurses and front desk staff made me feel at ease throughout my hole process in getting my procedure. Dr. Raj Panchal was amazing and stepped me through everything as he was doing my procedure which kept my mind busy while getting my procedure. Thank you to all that staff at Same day.
They charge over $5K for a procedure which can be done in office for a few hundred dollars.
I had an overwhelmingly positive experience with my surgery here and from the front desk staff to the nursing staff to the surgical staff, everyone was wonderful!! They were extremely professional and their bedside manner made for an overwhelmingly positive experience.
