Very happy with the service!! My service tech was Wayne, he is very knowledgeable and a real nice guy!
This is a very professional, responsive, and reliable company. Although we could not schedule for the same day, and there was an extra day delay due to a technician illness, they did everything they could to accommodate us as soon as possible. It became a complicated three-visit repair, with ordered parts necessary, but the technicians were very knowledgeable and professional and explained everything quite clearly. In summary we were pleased with their work, and would definitely call them again if needed.
Juliany was outstanding! He was quick to find the ice maker issue and knew right away the parts needed, ordered them and was back to install the next day. Thank you for the quick service and expertise.

We contacted Same Day Service on the recommendation of our neighbor. Even though they needed to order a part, our repair was completed in less than 1 week after our initial contact. They were upfront with us through every step of the process, telling us how long it would take to receive the part, and immediately scheduling our service as soon as it was received.
