Excellent service
Scheduled to have someone diagnose a problem with a 2 year old gas range, they wanted a credit card on file first, which is fine I guess. Next day they called and said they wouldn’t be interested in working on my stove or doing business with me because it has had repairs in the past by someone else and it would be best if I find someone else or just buy a new stove. I asked for them to come and simply diagnose any problems to which they declined. Wasted time dealing with them
Called on Monday, said they'd be here Tuesday ,moved my schedule around to be available all day as they do not give a window time frame , they called at 4:30 pm saying they couldn't make it and wanted to rebook for another day, again without a window of time, no thanks disappointed
Same Day Service is my go-to for appliance repairs. They always call back quickly and schedule appointments with a day or two of your call. Wayne has been my service technician twice and he is phenomenal. Knowledgable, polite, excellent customer service skills, and always cleans up after the service. I cannot recommend Same Day Service enough.
