Verry happy w/ these guys. Fridge died (Whirlpool Jazz Board). I think the fella's name was Julien, came rite out that morning we called, and fixed it for us. Highly recommended!
Amazing experience! Scheduling and communication was fast and simple. Technician arrived within the time frame i was told and he was so nice! He did his job quickly without issue and was honest and charged me less than quoted because he didn’t have to replace a part he initially thought he needed to. Excellent service. Would recommend!!
Called Same Day Service Company for service on my Samsung refrigerator, and was told they do not cover my town. They are two towns away; a 20 minute drive. I asked if they covered the town next to them and was also told no. It boggles my mind that a technician cannot travel 20 minutes from their shop for a customer. Leaving the review to reflect the poor service this company offers.
Great service, communication and extraordinary technician. Highly recommend.
