Called on Monday, said they'd be here Tuesday ,moved my schedule around to be available all day as they do not give a window time frame , they called at 4:30 pm saying they couldn't make it and wanted to rebook for another day, again without a window of time, no thanks disappointed
Same Day Service is my go-to for appliance repairs. They always call back quickly and schedule appointments with a day or two of your call. Wayne has been my service technician twice and he is phenomenal. Knowledgable, polite, excellent customer service skills, and always cleans up after the service. I cannot recommend Same Day Service enough.

I like this company because it’s easy to get an appointment without having to wait for a week or more. They come in the same day or in the next couple of days. I only wished I had a little more notification of the time.
