I’d give negative stars if I could. Jacob came out to do a scope of our pipes as part of our foundation repair and i’ve never met such a dishonest and frankly rude business person. He charged us for work that wasn’t done and then harassed us and sent numerous text messages threatening to make public statements about us and contact his attorneys when we refused to pay the fee. I hired this company to fix a break in a cast iron pipe under my rental after a hydrostatic test. The price seemed fair, but the overall experience ended up being frustrating. Communication was inconsistent, and I had to follow up multiple times for updates. What I was told would take about a week ended up dragging on for over a month. When the work was finished, they had buried the cleanouts and left the tunnel hole open. They did come out and fix the cleanout issue, but the tunnel wasn’t properly backfilled. I had an outside faucet that wouldn’t turn off. When I went to turn it off, it would spin around and turn on again. Jacob came out and replaced ithe whole faucet promptly. He had to run to a nearby supply store to get the part. He wasn’t gone very long at all. I appreciated him getting the part for me. His prices were fair and his customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family
