Great service! Scheduled quickly; completed job even quicker than they thought they would. Cleaned everything up (completely re-did my heating ducting under the house and replaced my water heater) professional, friendly and responsive.

Bianca from Same Day came out to diagnose an issue with our heater. She was knowledgeable and professional. We were impressed with her ability to diagnose an uncommon problem and explain it thoroughly. This was a second opinion and the first company misdiagnosed the issue so it was a relief to have Bianca out today. My furnace suddenly stopped working. After I tried to relight the pilot light with no success, I asked my plumber friend for a referral to an HVAC company. He said: "Call North Bay Same Day Heating, they are the best!" I called and had a wonderful chat with the receptionist who was very efficient and informative, and she set up an diagnostic visit later the same day.
