I could not have had a better experience with Kevin! He was very understanding of my situation and went above and beyond, not just on the motorcycle repair, but also with the customer experience. He was quick, upfront, and more than fair. He will be my go to guy from here on!
I can’t say enough great things about Kevin and the work that he did on my motorcycle. He’s fast, accurate and well worth his time. He even came on his own time to rescue me when I had a problem. I only wish I could give him 10 stars.
Didn’t get a chance to work with him directly, but I really appreciate that he answered my call and took the time to help me troubleshoot over the phone since I’m not in the area. He was very kind, patient, and genuinely helpful even though he wasn’t being paid for his time. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, so this really stood out to me. Thank you again for your help, it didn’t go unnoticed.
