Lorenzo was professional, personable, and extremely helpful. He answered multiple questions and was highly knowledgeable. A snafu with the home warranty company led to Lorenzo going above and beyond in providing information to assist with the appeal process. Once reconciled, Lorenzo quickly scheduled a time to address the issue. Highly recommend for HVAC services.

When first contacted about our malfunctioning system the earliest appointment they gave me was in three days. After three days of non-functioning A/C in 95+ degree heat, they didn't show up for the appointment nor did they call me to give any information. After calling them, they give me a new time later that day which they did not show up to. I then rescheduled a second time the next day. Once again, no one showed up and no one called to give any information. Calling this business "Same Day" is laughable.

Lorenzo was great! Went above and beyond to fix our AC unit. And our pup loved him which is a seal of approval in our book!!Would definitely recommend ☺️

Lorenzo was great. He came to my residence like superman and saved the day. He is truly a super hero. Great customer service and he explained things to do and not to do, to make the situation better. I used Same Day Hvac through Choice Warranty and Lorenzo was very helpful he got our air up and running very quickly he was very professional and detailed on everything he was doing to get our AC up and running I truly appreciate the time and patience he had for all our questions,I recommend you use Same Day Hvac and ask for Lorenzo ONE OF THE BEST Thanks
