Bought a new gas tank less unit, was phoned and I confirmed an LPG / propane unit was required. There was a few days delay and a wrong natural gas unit was recieved, emailed straight away but it was Friday afternoon. We had to get the plumber to make repairs to our existing unit as we couldnt wait another week for a return /replacement. Monday I was told we would lose $200.00 (20%) for a restocking fee. Best place to buy a hot water system and totally punctual with delivery.
Same Day Hot Water Service, provided us with exceptional timely service when our hot water tank failed in the morning. We ordered our new tank online (and it was the best price we could find!) The tank was deliverd here at 11.30am (same day!) and is already up and running. Very Happy! Thankyou! Chris and Jan Smith
Called Troy today explained the problem . Thought it was going to cost a mint he was there within the hour and had my thermostat replaced no problems great service and no extravagant prices. Highly recommend the company.
