I would not recommend this company to anyone. For family reasons we could not proceed with the purchase. And we lost our $1000 deposit that we had paid only a week or two prior. At the time when we ordered the home we were told that the expandable home would need to be built as we wanted modifications. When I questioned why we were not getting our deposit back we were told that it was for a restocking fee!!!!! Highly recommend buying a granny flat. Communication from our initial contact has been very positive and efficient. The quality of the granny flat was beyond our expectations. Customer service and warranty is excellent. The shower in our granny flat is one of the best we have ever used. Fixtures are very good quality. There is more windows than our old home. Absolutely love living in our granny flat.
I found these guys excellent to deal with. Even a year later always happy to answer any questions we had.
