So far, very impressed with the customer service. Firstly, you have a number to call and then a human to speak to. Richard up in Cairns has been very prompt in every aspect of my requests. Had a quote to me before I could hang up the phone!!! I haven’t received my home yet, as I only paid my deposit today. I went to see a display home south of Adelaide and it was exactly how it was presented in the brochure.
