Roberto did a fantastic job! Waited four hours for another company who then cancelled on me. He came within 30 min of calling and replaced my spring and oiled everything so it’s not squeaky so now I can get my car out! Thank you so much! Very professional and came with a five year warranty. Total lifesaver!
Roberto from Garage & Gates Company provided exceptional service following a tragic incident involving my garage door coming off its track. He arrived promptly, assessed the situation professionally, and showed genuine empathy and understanding. He repaired the door quickly and tested it several times to confirm proper operation. Roberto is truly the crown jewel of Garage & Gates Company.
