I called and scheduled a weekly pickup & delivery for an identical recurring shipment. Truck didn't show up the 2nd week and the said, "we are sorry but we only scheduled the following week." Weekly means every week! Now because of the missed shipment, we have to miss a weekly sale which is thousands of dollars. I even called and confirmed everything was scheduled correctly!
Kinda small for big trucks but ok. Unloaded right away.
