I am here in Lacrosse working from out of town. This has to be the best customer service I’ve ever seen. From the staff at the entrance to check in and lab. The Mayo Clinic in Lacrosse is very accommodating. I want to take them back to Florida with me. Thanks again for your help.
The unwelcoming nursing staff needs an attitude adjustment. We're feeling bad as it is and the Nurse who takes care of you first should be kind, not rude.
I brought my daughter after she was at Emergency at this hospital (amazing place too) She come for a follow-up appointment with the OB-GYN Team. Dr. Nitzsche and all staff there are excellents professionals, compassionate, the quality of care that my daughter received was very good. We appreciate so much. Really they are 5 stars
