Typical greedy private insurance company. I pay a lot per month for good coverage. I went to a telehealth provider, grow therapy, that was advertised on Kiaser's site. I searched for telehealth providers by "telehealth therapy that takes Kaiser." Anyway go to six sessions it's covered in full and then all the sudden I get billed for the full amount for 4 sessions. Absolute excellence, highly efficient, caring, professional staff. So incredibly glad to have switched insurance and can now get care at this wonderful facility.
I hate this clinic and the PA or doctor who saw my husband yesterday should be ashamed of himself. I am highly susceptible to lung illnesses. My husband feared he had COVID, but at home tested negative. We thought it might be strep. He made an appointment for same day. The doc barely looked at him, refused to do a COVID test and told him to get mucinex, drink water. Well my hubs has COVID and now so do I. Instead of being able to quarantine separately the doc put me at risk. This place is a joke, you make people pay for appo... read more
