I have been to the East Center twice since the new building opened — first last year when I was convinced I had pneumonia, and again last night for a severe sciatic nerve flare on my left side. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the facility and staff. When you need to be seen same day, you do have to schedule an appointment. Both times, I first contacted my PCP for help. I came here for the first time today and the staff was amazing! I slipped on ice this morning and just wanted to ensure all was good! The NP (pretty sure his name was Matt?) was super attentive and quick to get me in for an xray and Shawn and Grant in X-rays were super kind and quick to get my results! I’m glad nothing is broken and thanks for getting me in and out quickly! We had an emergency, not enough to go to Mt Carmel. So we decided to go to the Same Day Center at COPC in Reynoldsburg. Upon arriving, we were told we had no appointment; it's a same day center!!!! Wasn't aware appointments were needed. I felt like I had broken my sacrum in my lower back and desperately needed X-rays. But no, not in Reynoldsburg! My husband and I had to go to another facility for X-rays and care. Calling it the Same Day Center infers that it's pretty much a urgent care for COCP patients... it's not!!!!!
Called my Doctor and couldn’t get in for 3 days, they scheduled me with the Same Day Center East immediately. They were friendly, took their time with diagnosing me , prescribed medications that are working and even did a chest X-ray all in 45 minutes. This place is wonderful when you’re really sick and need immediate help.
They got me in fast! Seanna Reg, PA-C was knowledgeable, friendly and took great care of me. I'm feeling better already.
