We had a very large area rug in a high-traffic part of our home, and over time it became heavily soiled with stains and fading. After having it cleaned in place a few times, it still looked worn enough that we thought it might need to be replaced. Very professional family-run carpet cleaning service. When I called to set up an appointment, they were able to fit us in before the busy holiday weekend, which was a big help. Douglas arrived right on time and was very courteous from start to finish.
