Was quoted for my rug and couch. Was upsold when he got here for a more premium service with shampoo. It did nothing. I could have cleaned it with a green machine just the same. Between the upsell, not cleaning the stains and accidentally left the water running in my kitchen to overflow on my cabinet. And not even a hint of a discount. 1 star. Overpriced and would not use again.

We recently picked up a large, second-hand area rug that was pretty dirty but a great deal. Unsure if it was worth cleaning, we reached out to Same Day Carpet & Rug Cleaning. Douglas was quick to respond and asked for photos of the rug, which helped him figure out it was a machine-made carpet. Douglas was extremely friendly and did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets and upholstery. It’s refreshing to meet local professionals in Charleston who clearly take pride in their work. I had some tough grease stains all over my berber carpet after accidentally tracking grease in on my shoes.
