Today we had Douglas come out to clean our carpets and he did an excellent job. I called a few days earlier to get a quote for cleaning five rooms, and I thought the price was reasonable. I was given a two-hour window for the appointment, and Douglas texted me when he was on his way. He arrived right at the start of the window and got straight to work.
