Tracy was fantastic. We had just moved into a new home in Cambridge and quickly realized the carpets had a strong pet urine odor that had been hidden before. Once we got inside and looked more closely, we could see old pet stains in several rooms. Tracy came out the same day we called and got right to work on a full carpet cleaning, stain treatment, and odor removal service. He also used a black light to point out the worst problem spots, which really helped us understand where deeper carpet and padding issues might still n... read more
Brayden with Same Day Carpet Cleaning Ma came out to clean two sofas, a loveseat, two recliners, and an area rug for me in Cambridge. brayden was very professional, easy to talk to, and really listened to my concerns. After months of construction in my home, there was a lot of dust and dirt in the air, and i was worried about getting all the upholstery and rug fibers fully cleaned. tracy took extra care to make sure everything was done right, and the furniture looked fresh, clean, and much better when the work was finished. ... read more
Fantastic service from start to finish. I reached out and they were able to set up a carpet cleaning appointment very quickly. They answered all of my questions right away and went well beyond what I expected. A heavily soiled area in our hallway stairwell had a lot of tracked-in mud and dirt, but Tracy, Brayden, and the rest of the crew handled it with care and skill. They gave that section of the carpet a fresh, revived look and made the whole rug look much better. I was really impressed with their friendly customer servic... read more

An added bonus was avoiding the m... read more
Brayden came out and gave us an estimate for cleaning our 18-year-old carpet in 9 rooms and areas. He arrived on time, was very friendly, listened carefully to what we needed, and gave helpful recommendations for the carpet cleaning. The price from Same Day Carpet Cleaning Ma was fair, so we chose the service. The office called the day before to confirm the appointment, and Brayden showed up right on time again. He finished the job thoroughly, and the carpets looked fresh, clean, and much better when he was done. I highly re... read more
