i just had a great experience with a carpet cleaning service in cambridge for my very large area rug. the rug had a lot of stains and i didn’t think it could be fixed, but i wanted to give it one last shot. tracy really put in the effort and cleaned it at least three times. in the end, it looked so much better than i expected. the communication was excellent and everyone who helped with pickup and delivery was very friendly and easy to work with. the price was fair and reasonable, which you don’t see often these days!

i was very happy with my carpet cleaning appointment! tracy and brayden arrived right on time and got started quickly. tracy was knowledgeable and friendly when answering all my questions about the quote, the cleaning steps, and the bill. the cleaning took about two hours for deep cleaning my two bedrooms, living room, some stairs, and a three-seat couch. it could have been faster, but they took extra care getting stains out of my couch. both were professional and worked great together. brayden also helped me set up the appo... read more
Tracy was our carpet technician, and arrived right on time. She was very professional and took care of cleaning our carpets before we moved into our new place in Cambridge. The carpets looked fantastic afterward! The price was very reasonable for cleaning three bedrooms. I also asked last minute if they could clean some tile, and they were able to fit us in quickly. I had a 60-year-old Kirman rug cleaned, and it looks amazing! It had never been used and had been stored for so long that it just needed a nice refresh. They were very knowledgeable about the business where my parents purchased it, which has been closed since the early 90s.
