I want to compliment this carpet cleaning company. Roger, the technician who came out, was very careful and took the time needed to clean the carpet the right way. He worked hard on several tough stains and heavily soiled areas, getting down close to the carpet fibers and treating the old spots until they looked much better. The carpet was older, so this was not an easy cleaning job, but he really went above and beyond. From the calls to the office for scheduling, to jorge and miguel arriving right on time, they were awesome and very friendly. i honestly can’t say enough good things about them, and they did amazing work on my couch and area rugs. they explained the cleaning process in simple terms, treated the fabric with care, and made everything look and smell fresh again. even though we don’t have wall-to-wall carpet anymore, i would absolutely call them first for rug cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and any future carpet care needs. i had... read more
