Took all the stains from my area rug. I have a big wool rug that had not been cleaned in over three years. It was good to find this company who sent out a very nice tech and he did a great job getting rid of all the stains. My rug looked like new

Looked at the couch and explained to me what had to be done to get it cleaned and cleaned right. I approved everything, he started finished within an hour and my couch was looking better! I waited for it to dry and I am happy with the outcome of the cleaning. My couch looks and smells clean. :)
