I went to the open house and was told the lab drew blood for Peace Health and for Family Care Network. I went there for Peace Health draws with no problem, but when I went there for an FCN draw I was told they could not look it up and would have to call the Dr's office myself and make the arrangements. Even when I called myself to make the arrangements the lab person did not cooperate just kept saying she was sorry. I will never go back there again.

Diana who answered the phone was awful. There was no directions whatsoever from her. This was supposed to be a same day clinic - and her response was "why don't you just come in and we can see if there is anyone that can see you, but I can not guarantee it" So then I asked her if I could make an appointment, she answered no - there might be patients that are there before me and they'll be seen first. Maybe they shouldn't have opened if they didnt have enough doctors to work there. Every time we go in they say they are closed to walk in. It's ridiculous.

I've been struggling with the same set of issues for a year, and have struggled to find solutions. Yesterday I visited this clinic and was treated horribly by the PA. At one point she stated," well since all of your blood tests come back normal, your problem is probably a mental health issue". As though blood tests are the only metric by which we can determine an illness or identify the cause of one's symptoms.
