This guy knows his stuff not only can he fix it he can tell what cause the problem. I have taken many cars to him and never have i been dis-satisfied
Guy never returns call or text. It certainly is not Same Day anything. I have tried to get up with this place for over a week. Poor business practices. I will make sure all of my car friends know about this.
I've dealt with repair guys in the past they were good but this guy is awesome he can fix almost anything unless it just not repairable been dealing with this guy for over 10 years this guy can get parts for anything concerning car audio.
Rich is a genius when it concerns radios and electronics in general. I have a small car dealership and have known Rich for 10 years now. Never had a problem he did not have a solution for. He is simply a genius!
My amp is way more powerful than before! Great work! He knows his stuff! That's why he is so busy! I will bring all my stuff to him

I've been dealing with Rich for the last 18 years. He stands by his work and does repairs no one else will tackle. I won't let anyone else fix my electronics.
