I requested service from this shop to fix my electric range. They sent over a technician who did the diagnostic. I requested that the technician call me after, but the technician never called me. The shop simply sent me a proposal for new work and a payment link. The parts prices seemed absurd, so I requested that they show me photos of parts invoices to see actual prices. They refused to show me parts invoice pictures, so I declined future service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

When the selector on my microwave wouldn’t turn, I contacted the appliance repair experts. I knew it was a problem that needed immediate attention. The service technician did an excellent job of the microwave repair. He also performed a terrific maintenance checkup on my unit for a highly affordable fee.
Our dishwasher wasn’t filling with water and we couldn’t tell what was wrong, so we called Same Day Appliance Repair Tustin. The technician came here in only a few minutes and completed the needed repair. He got the dishwasher back to normal for an affordable price. We highly recommend them.
My washer and dryer now work much better thanks to their technician tuning it up properly.
