Have called 5 times and had our customer attempt to call. The first 2 calls were answered by a woman who took down our info and the customers info and was supposedly giving the info to the guy that works that area. No phone calls were ever made to us or the customer. The latest 3 calls by us went to voicemail. The voicemail says a different name than "Same Day Appliance" and suggests that they will likely call you within 10 minutes of you leaving a message.
