I had to deal with these clowns because for some reason they're one of the partnered groups for my area on my home warranty. So far they're extremely unprofessional. They do not answer any of their phones. The entity that called to schedule my appointment was either someone extremely rude, or a terribly configured AI, or someone who does not have enough English proficiency to handle basic business functions. They are the worst company i have ever dealt with. No dishwasher for 3 months. They originally came bc of a leak. Fixed the leak with a bandaid and then continued to leak worse. Also soap wasn't being rinsed and remained on the dishes. INCOMPETENT company
Horrible at communicating. They charged me to diagnose and then said they were ordering a part to fix my refrigerator and have been dodging my calls for 3 weeks now. Its a scam they charge you to diagnose and then fail to fix.
They came to look at washer and dryer and said they were going to order parts and be back on the 4th and never showed up and wont return our calls.
