Horrible at communicating. They charged me to diagnose and then said they were ordering a part to fix my refrigerator and have been dodging my calls for 3 weeks now. Its a scam they charge you to diagnose and then fail to fix.
They came to look at washer and dryer and said they were going to order parts and be back on the 4th and never showed up and wont return our calls.
Horribly unprofessional. Accepts appointments via Home Warranty, which means we have to wait until there’s a problem to get a new service provider. He no showed in October. Then again in December, Christmas week (I asked our home warranty not to assign him, but they did anyway). He said he would come Friday, did not. Was unresponsive to me, but told home warranty he would come on Saturday between 2-4 pm. He finally showed around 4:25 pm. He assessed the issue, then said he’d be back Monday or Tuesday to fix it. I do not want to EVEN select 1 star. This company is TRASH pure GARBAGE. They never showed up to my home even after setting the appointment and confirming it. HOW PATHETIC VICTOR! Maybe it's good he didn't show up based on the reviews I've read and the lest than professional services performed.🥴
