Ben is very helpful and proactive. I asked him for a solar quote and he went out to measure and advise. I had an electrical fault in the meantime and he took my call in the evening, talked me through what to do and was planning to come next day to fix it but his advice worked. He's so helpful and I would highly recommend him.
