Service person was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable. He worked at a steady pace, absolutely no complaints.
The service was excellent, and it was not as expensive as I was afraid it was going to be. The man who came over, named Scott, was lovely and a fast worker. He got my problem fixed in no time at all. If I have any more electrical problems I will definitely be using them again.
The company did a great job; they showed up early and took their time, making sure my questions were answered. They installed two outlets where none had been and ensured everything was to code. We will use them again in the future.
The work itself was fine, but pricing was not transparent. I was quoted labor for one technician and later billed for two at a higher rate without prior disclosure. The owner would not honor what was communicated.
SamCo Electric did a great job. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them for any and all of your electrical needs.
