We had an electrical outlet that went out. It took out half my kitchen including my stove. I called and greeted politely and explained my issue. I was able to get an appointment the next day. I was grateful as it's can be busy and not always the case. Travis came out on time and found the issue in a timely manner. Explained everything as he went along, and answered any questions we had.
